Xeeda Sweden merges with TRIGON Management

Stockholm, Sweden – April 3, 2006 – Xeeda, a management consulting firm focusing on strategy and technology, merges with TRIGON Management. TRIGON is a well renowned company with experienced consultants working with business development and IT within the banking and insurance sector and has during the past decade built strong relationships with their customers.  TRIGON was founded 1993 and has 15 consultants based in Stockholm

Xeeda is growing on the Swedish market.  The company will after the merger have over 25 consultants in Stockholm, with gross revenue of 35M SEK (US$ 4.5M). This makes Xeeda a medium sized, independent management consulting firm within strategy and IT.  The goal is to become the leading company in the market within this industry sector.
