To make sure we stay abreast of developments in all areas of
business process change, Xeeda maintains membership in the following
organization and participates as a research team member in several
of these organizations research efforts. Where available, we
also obtain our industry certifications from them.

Society for Quality, a professional association creating
better workplaces and communities worldwide by advancing
learning, quality improvement, and knowledge exchange.
Xeeda consultants obtain their Six Sigma certifications from
ASQ.

Management Group, a global business club exchanging ideas
and best practices in change management

BPMI, Business Process Management Initiative,
is a non-profit corporation that
empowers companies of all sizes, across all industries, to
develop and operate business processes that span multiple
applications and business partners, behind the firewall and over
the Internet. The Initiative's mission is to promote and develop
the use of Business Process Management (BPM) through the
establishment of standards for process design, deployment,
execution, maintenance, and optimization.

Global Enterprise Architecture Organization,
a
not-for-profit organization created by and for professionals who
work in the field of Enterprise Architecture.

ISACA, Information Systems Audit and Control Association,
a
foundation that undertakes large-scale
research efforts to expand the knowledge and value of the IT
governance and control field. Xeeda consultants obtain
their CISA certification (Certified Information System Auditor)
from ISACA.

Management Group, was formed to create a component-based
software marketplace by accelerating the introduction of
standardized object software. The organization's charter
includes the establishment of industry guidelines and detailed
object management specifications to provide a common framework
for application development. Xeeda consultants obtain
their UML certifications from OMG.

PMI, Project Management
Institute, the world’s leading
not-for-profit project management professional association
provides global leadership in the development of standards for
the practice of the project management profession throughout the
world. PMI’s premiere standards document, A Guide to the
Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide),
is a globally recognized standard for managing projects in
today’s marketplace. Xeeda consultants obtain their PMP
certifications from PMI.

PRINCE,
Projects in Controlled Environments, is a project
management method covering the organization, management and
control of projects. PRINCE was first developed by the Central
Computer and Telecommunications Agency (CCTA)
now part of the Office of Government Commerce (OGC),
in 1989 as a UK Government standard for IT project management.

SCC,
Supply-Chain Council, a membership organization focusing
on developing, maintaining and supporting SCOR (Supply-Chain
Operations Reference-model) as he standard process reference
model for communicating supply-chain management process
standards.

Workflow
Coalition, a standards body with a mission to increase
the value of customer's investments in workflow technology ; to
decrease the risk of using workflow products; and to expand the
workflow market through increasing awareness for workflow
