Xeeda Work Process

Based on our 20+ years experience in the process field we have developed a work process that has been refined over time to a set of succinct steps that delivers measurable results to our clients.

For our Audit phase we have created a work module that consists of three steps executed in sequence:

1. Review
2. Facilitate
3. Document

The deliverables from this work effort will be a document defining the state of business process development in the organization and a prioritized list of opportunities the organization can embark upon.
