At Xeeda we have extensive knowledge of IT and emerging technologies that can help an organization bridge the gap that traditionally exists between IT and its business counterparts.  We use our intimate knowledge of business process and technology to visualize how to best utilize technology to automate all, or part of a value chain.

As certified UML Professionals we believe in using a model driven architecture to define how to automate a process and the use of Web Services to automate a value chain.

Our steps for automating a value chain is based on the "Unified Process", initially published with the introduction of OMG's UML notation:

1. Inception - define public and private processes
2. Elaboration - design web services needed for public processes
3. Construction - build web services
