At Xeeda we view all organizations as a system that can be defined in models.  We therefore also believe in the value of Enterprise Architecture, where you model and define different aspects of the organization:

With that in mind we work with our clients to define a strategy that will empower them to successfully compete in their chosen marketplace.

For our Strategy phase we have created a work module that consists of four steps:

1. Review current position/strategy
2. Review competitive environment
3. Define new strategy
4. Define enterprise architecture
